Pawspital Policies

Appointment Policy

We schedule visits to give your pet the time and care they deserve. Please arrive on time so we can keep things running smoothly.

Grace Period

A 10-minute window is allowed for late arrivals. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or converted to a work-in visit.

No-Shows

Repeated missed appointments may require deposits or scheduling restrictions to help us serve all our patients reliably.

General Policies

Dogs must be on leash and cats in carriers for everyone’s safety.

We prioritize patient comfort, safety, and clear communication at every step.

Treatment plans and cost estimates are discussed before any care is provided.

Payment is due at the time of service.

We maintain a respectful environment for all pets and people.

Our Commitment

We’re not a high-volume, rushed clinic. Every patient is treated like family, and we take the time to do things right. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with pets and their people while providing thoughtful, thorough care.
